12 week Mentorship Program

The Brothers4Brothers Mentorship Program is a transformative 12-week journey designed to empower young men aged 14 to 25 through structured mentorship and hands-on learning. Our first two mentorship cohorts, through targeted efforts, have positively impacted over 50 young men in the city, achieving a 94% success rate and notable improvements in participants mental health. Our third cohort will launch on December 7, 2024. Beyond addressing mental health, participants learned essential life skills such as goal setting, self-awareness, effective communication, leadership qualities, financial literacy and career planning. These skills were not only taught in workshops but were applied in practical scenarios such as team-building exercises, and community service projects.

Participants shared how these activities fostered strong bonds among peers, and provided them with valuable real-world experiences. Many participants expressed personal growth, overcoming challenges, gaining confidence, and discovering new career aspirations. One participant remarked, "Before joining Brothers4Brothers, I struggled with self-esteem and lacked direction. The mentorship and workshops helped me set clear goals and taught me how to communicate effectively. Now, I feel more confident in pursuing my dreams."

Building on the success and positive impact of the two cohort, the upcoming third cohort, launching in December and continuing through February, aims to further empower young men in their journey towards personal and professional success. Brothers4Brothers remains committed to creating a supportive community where young men can thrive, develop resilience, and envision a positive future.
